Going to have to make a special screenshot capture task/job for HMD now as Linux fullscreen on DK2 flips W/H. I had to jump out of fullscreen mode and take the HMD off to take these quick shots. UI is fully working with navigation controller now at least. Next stop is improved movement controls for walking around the scene, and of course move grasping and scene interaction using physics. Also I fixed billboards ( eg particle fire ) to face HMD per eye, but they look horrible close up. :)

OK a few more caps...
By request to show you can walk around and look whereever:
PostEffects enabled with both eyes in the same RT they have the same cost as with monocular rendering.
Quick fix for transparency -- still ugly
Just had to add it before going off to work. Thanks to Rabbit for waking me up early to play with VR a bit. :D
How tall is Lara Croft supposed to be...?
I only animate the hair on this model still... need to get some good character assets to avoid reworking game assets into test meshes. You can walk around the scene a little better now. Also time to fix lighting, transparency, and shadows in the new renderer update. I miss the ugly grass and proper clouds / sun.

My eyes hurt...
Finally started using the SDK instead of shader hacks, but performance is much worse -- also I broke frustum culling, shadows, point lights...
Edit: Quick update from my phone. So the fix to run at 75Hz was to disable one monitor #2, and overlay the HMD and the monitor #1 with Nvidia panel. I can likely do 120Hz if I had the display right now. This is how I'm doing twinview for development without doing direct mode as well at full refresh rate. To down sample to 2560x1400 @ 90Hz I will likely get a 980. :)

Ugly Terrain
Getting tired of pure voxel terrain again, so I'm going to move voxel system to more of a detail terrain painting system. GPU Clipmaps are cool again, and much more flexible when it comes to foliage deco -- so hopefully this will be the last ugly terrain screenshot. Making the system to generate foliage with raycasts as seen in ye old island demo as fun for programmer art, however for deco painting artists don't like that kind of thing. ;)
